PUPA Focusing Trainees & Trainers
These individuals are training in or are graduates of the PUPA Focusing Certification Program. Upon completion, they become Certified Focusing Professionals, also known as Trainers, with the with The International Focusing Institute. The PUPA Focusing Trainees co-teach courses with Coordinator Annette Dubreuil and also offer Focusing sessions. View all trainees or all trainers.

PUPA Focusing Trainee David McKay first encountered Focusing in 2012. He loves helping other people to experience the transformative power of compassionate listening and body awareness.
David lives in the Netherlands. He is available for 1:1 Focusing sessions between 3 a.m. and 11 a.m. Eastern time (9 am and 5 pm CET, 8 am and 4 pm GMT/BST).
