PUPA Focusing Trainees
The following individuals are training in the PUPA Focusing Certification Program to become Certified Focusing Professionals, also known as Trainers. So they are Trainers-in-Training. The PUPA Focusing Trainees co-teach courses with Coordinator-in-Training Annette Dubreuil and also offer Focusing sessions.
Ella VanGaya
PUPA Focusing Trainee Ella VanGaya is an unwavering lover of the Great Mystery.
Terry Bowling
PUPA Focusing Trainee Terry Bowling knows that feelings are safe. He’s been part of a twelve step program for 37 years.
Danielle Lemottee
PUPA Focusing Trainee Danielle Lemottee is a trauma-informed coach and peer specialist with a focus on attachment and working with shame.
Marg Peck
PUPA Focusing Trainee Marg Peck is a somatic coach and practitioner with many years of professional work in the fields of physical therapy, moving and dancing and healing.
Marg is available for 1:1 Focusing sessions on Monday and Tuesdays, from 9 am to 5 pm AEST–Australian Eastern Standard Time (6 pm to 2 am Eastern Time Sunday and Monday evening). And Wednesdays from 12-5 pm AEST (9 pm to 2 am Eastern Time Tuesday evening).
Mavra Root
PUPA Focusing Trainee Mavra Root is a highly qualified, comprehensive Pilates Teacher/ Accredited Trauma-Informed Body Oriented Coach and Somatic Practitioner.
Mavra is available for 1:1 Focusing sessions on Wednesdays to Saturdays, from 10 am to 1 pm UK time (3-6 pm Eastern Time).
Kevin M. Johnson
PUPA Focusing Trainee Kevin M. Johnson is a university professor, co-host of the podcast Encountering Silence, and Inner Wilderness Guide based in Madison, CT in the United States.
Kevin is now a Certified Focusing Professional. You can book 1:1 Focusing sessions directly with him.
Shahd Omar
PUPA Focusing Trainee Shahd Omar is a trauma-sensitive embodiment coach based in Cairo. She has a background in women's health topics.
Shahd is available for 1:1 Focusing sessions on Saturdays, Sundays, and Wednesdays from 7-10 pm Eastern European Time (12-3 pm Eastern Time).
