These individuals are training in or are graduates of the PUPA Focusing Certification Program. Upon completion, they become Certified Focusing Professionals, also known as Trainers, with the with The International Focusing Institute. The PUPA Focusing Trainees co-teach courses with Coordinator Annette Dubreuil and also offer Focusing sessions. View all trainees or all trainers.

PUPA Focusing Trainee Spandana Araga is a Mindfulness and Somatic based Counsellor (non-clinical) and Women’s Wellness Practioner.
Spanada is generally available for 1:1 Focusing sessions 10 am to 7 pm Eastern.
