“I love how focusing opens space inside myself. It increases my capacity for play, for perspective and for connection with myself and all of life. I feel lighter, brighter and more joyful when I focus, and I wish to share that joy and vitality with others. Focusing partnerships continue to be one of the most nourishing and enlivening aspects of my life. I am eternally grateful for them. I plan to offer a range of courses and workshops in the future, introducing the basics as well as combining focusing with my interest in The Arts.”
Ciara can be contacted at: livingwithheart@outlooklive.com for details of upcoming courses. She is also available for 1:1 sessions most Fridays from 9am- 3pm BST.
