In Focusing, a small felt shift can bring a whole new way of viewing something. Small movements can bring big paradigm shifts—like when a kaleidoscope turns.

A kaleidoscope is also the name for a group of butterflies. In our Focusing Community we flock together. We give each other and ourselves compassion and clarity. We gain connections with like-minded people. People who value the wisdom of the body or intuition. And we have fun together too!

The Kaleidoscope Focusing Community is a private Facebook group. There you can:

• Stay connected to the Focusing community members you meet, e.g. at the Changes Group or courses

• Find Focusing partners

• Become a mentor, offering up to 10 sessions as a Focusing partner to a beginner

We have Safety Rules to provide a safe container for Focusing and listening.
