Join Annette for an exploration of the first step of Focusing. We will notice what arises when we ask “How do I feel?”. Normally we have 5-6 issues to clear. Then we’ll do a little Focusing, staying with one of the issues that arises, in a grounded and kind way, to hear what the body has to say.
