Spandana Araga
PUPA Focusing Trainee Spandana Araga is a Mindfulness and Somatic based Counsellor (non-clinical) and Women’s Wellness Practionner.
Hi, I’m Spandana.
My path into this work began with a curiosity about what helps us live with greater clarity, freedom, and inner wellbeing. Over the years, my own journey has been shaped by Vedanta, mindfulness, women’s cycle awareness, and other psychological and somatic approaches. The same practices that have supported me continue to inform the way I accompany others.
Focusing felt like a natural home for these different threads. I value the way it helps us slow down, listen deeply, and discover fresh insights that thinking alone often cannot reach.
In our sessions, I offer a warm, accepting space where you can explore whatever is present, at your own pace. Whether you’re feeling stuck, navigating change, or simply wanting a deeper connection with yourself, I see Focusing as an invitation to listen inwardly, discover your own next steps, and reconnect with a greater sense of clarity, ease, and perhaps even joy.
Alongside my Focusing training, I continue to deepen my understanding through ongoing studies in women’s health and contemplative practice.
Spanada is generally available for 1:1 Focusing sessions 10 am to 7 pm Eastern.
