These individuals are training in or are graduates of the PUPA Focusing Certification Program. Upon completion, they become Certified Focusing Professionals, also known as Trainers, with the with The International Focusing Institute. The PUPA Focusing Trainees co-teach courses with Coordinator Annette Dubreuil and also offer Focusing sessions. View all trainees or all trainers.
Vanessa Carrera
PUPA Focusing Trainee Vanessa Carrera is an artist, poet and writer.
Vanessa is available for 1:1 Focusing sessions on Wednesdays (9 am-12 pm), Thursdays (9 am-5 pm) and Sundays (9 am-5 pm), Eastern time.
Terry Bowling
Terry Bowling is a Focusing Trainee who knows that feelings are safe. He’s a harm reduction and sober coach, pulling from multiple modalities including twelve step for 37 years, as well as Dr. Ryce’s “Why is this Happening to me… Again!?!?” work.
Terry is available for 1:1 Focusing sessions Monday-Friday (10 am-2 pm) and Saturdays (10 am-4 pm), Eastern time. As well, he welcomes special requests for appointments at any other time.
Danielle Lemottee
PUPA Focusing Trainee Danielle Lemottee is a trauma recovery coach and peer support specialist committed to fostering safe spaces and creating connection.
Danielle is available for 1:1 Focusing sessions on Tuesdays (9 am-2 pm), Thursday (11 am-2 pm) and Fridays (9 am-1 pm), Eastern Time.
Sara Ginsburg
PUPA Focusing Trainee Sara Ginsburg is a somatically-informed neurofeedback technician. She is also certified to deliver the Safe and Sound Protocol.
Sara is available for 1:1 Focusing sessions on Tuesdays (10 am-12 pm), Wednesdays (12:30 pm-3 pm) and Fridays (10 am-4 pm), Eastern time.
